Rush Production

Rush production is available. For an additional charge you are able to have your rushed order  made on our night production process and dispatched quickly. Rush production delivery estimates assume that artwork is approved within one business day. And also, we suggest you choose the express delivery at the checkout.

1. Try to find a picture at eye level and face the camera.

2. Choose a photo taken under natural daylight or a well - lit room. Avoid shadows.

3. Ensure the entire face and neck of the person is in the frame.\

4. The pictures need to be high definition and not blur. The quality oof the photo interfere on the final result of the plaque.

3. We will send you the Artwork PREVIEW for your approval in 1-4 days.

4. After your approval, your order will be made and
shipped within 4 business days ,(may differ during the festive season)

The orders of Aarts Engravery  are sent by Australia Post. Tracking is included with every order. We also offer express post options to all countries. The cost of which can be estimated in your shopping cart. You can get an estimate of the shipping expense to destinations other than Australia in your shopping cart.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we offer free cancellations up until the point that production is commenced. Unfortunately, after production has commenced, we are unable to refund your order.
